First, the scope of application
The device is suitable for concentration of liquid materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, food, monosodium glutamate, dairy, glucose, starch, juice, chemical and the like.
Second, the equipment composition
The device is a cylindrical sealing device with a thermal insulation jacket, which is vacuumed with a simple and efficient hydraulic ejector. The equipment is divided into three parts, the evaporation chamber, the heating coil and the separator.
Third, the main features
1. The liquid is drawn into the chamber from the upper part of the evaporation chamber, and the heating coil is composed of three to five rows of oblate circular stainless steel tubes, and the steam is heated in the space of the coil.
2. A new set of small coils is added to the lower head of the new concentrator, and the liquid can evaporate below 30 kg.
3. The equipment is not easy to run, easy to clean, beautiful in appearance, and meets GMP standards.
