Third, the working principle

The mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporator utilizes the secondary steam generated in the evaporator, is compressed by the compressor, the pressure, temperature rises, the heat is increased, and then sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam, so that The feed liquid maintains a boiling state, while the heated steam itself condenses into water. In this way, the steam that was originally discarded is fully utilized, the latent heat is recovered, and the thermal efficiency is improved. The economic efficiency of the raw steam is equivalent to the 30 effect of multi-effect evaporation, which reduces the demand for external heating and cooling resources and reduces energy consumption. Reduce pollution.
