Second, the working principle

The feed liquid is heated by the steam outside the heat exchange tube in the heat exchange tube of the heater. Under the action of the circulating pump, the material rises to the evaporating separator. The material evaporates due to the decrease of the static pressure of the material, and the secondary steam evaporates from the liquid. The material is concentrated to produce supersaturation and crystal growth, and the supersaturated material is removed. It enters the forced circulation pump and enters the heat exchanger under the action of the circulation pump. The material is circulated and reciprocated continuously to evaporate and crystallize, thereby achieving separation between substances, and achieving the purpose of purifying the chemical substance and obtaining the chemical product.

Third, the equipment composition

The equipment consists of a heater, a forced circulation pump, an evaporative separator, a crystallizer, a condenser, various material pumps, a condensate pump, a vacuum pump, an operating platform, an electrical instrument control cabinet, and an internal pipeline valve.
