The three-effect concentrator is mainly composed of three tube-type heaters, three evaporation chambers, a circulation tube, a condenser, a liquid receiving tank and other ancillary equipment.

1. Energy-saving benefits, calculated according to SJN-1000 type, saving about 5,400 tons of steam a year, 140,000 tons of cooling water, saving more than 130,000 yuan of electricity, and reducing costs by nearly 200,000 yuan.

2. The concentrator adopts external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure evaporation method, which has the advantages of fast evaporation speed and large concentration ratio, up to 1.4 (general Chinese medicine extract), and no need to open the pot to collect the paste.

3. The concentrator adopts three-effect simultaneous evaporation, and the secondary steam is used repeatedly, and the energy consumption per single effect is reduced by about 70%. The total investment of the concentrator is recovered from the energy-saving fee less than one year.

4, multi-function operation features: (1) can recover the alcohol concentration of about 80 degrees, (2) three effects can concentrate three different materials. 5. The concentrator has a special structure, and the concentrated material has a strong taste and a uniform paste. The material is concentrated in the state of no foam in the seal, which is difficult to run and reduce pollution. The material is concentrated on the same day, it is not easy to coke, easy to clean, the heater can be cleaned by opening the upper and lower covers, and labor can be saved, one can operate.

6. The contact parts of the concentrator and the material are made of stainless steel SUS304. The heater and the evaporator are provided with an insulation layer outside. The insulation is made of polyurethane foam, and the outer surface is matte matt finish, which conforms to GMP standards.
